Support via Home Care
Home Care support is a great option that allows you to continue living your life within the comfort of your own home.
To support people living independently at home, the Government provides funding through:
Home Care Packages
Commonwealth Home Support Programme
This funding is allocated based on a number of factors that are determined during an assessment process.
There is also an option to pay for these services privately if you are ineligible for the funding or waiting for your Home Care Package.
