We know that navigating the world of Home Care can be confusing at the start with a lot of information to process and forms to fill out. That’s why we will provide a dedicated Business Relationship Lead to every customer who will help with getting you set up and answering your questions about Home Care.
They will be your first point of contact with us and will be the only person you need to talk to to get signed up with Home Care services at HCA Home Care. They can come to your home and meet you so they can answer your questions in person and talk you through the process.

Continued care the HCA way
Once your onboard with HCA Home Care you’ll be introduced to your Customer Care Manager. They will be your one point of contact for all your care needs while you’re a customer with HCA Home Care. You will have their direct contact details – so no need to call a contact centre and wait on hold every time you need something.
They can talk to our rostering team if you need different services scheduled or members of your medical or care team if you need an updated plan.
