Support at Home is a flexible way to help you continue living safely and comfortably in your own home, with services tailored to your needs.
To help people stay independent at home, the Government provides funding through:
Support at Home program (formerly Home Care Packages)
Commonwealth Home Support Programme
Eligibility and the type of support you can receive are based on an assessment process that considers your individual circumstances. You can view the steps to getting assessed here.
If you’re not eligible for government funding, or you’re waiting for your Support at Home services to begin, you also have the option to pay privately for support.
