What is not included in this service?
Home care meal preparation focuses on assisting with planning and preparing everyday meals, so it does not typically include specialised nutritional advice from a dietitian, complex medical dietary planning or large-scale meal preparation for events or multiple households.
Food and meals themselves are not covered by your Support at Home funding. However, your funding may help with support to prepare meals or shop for groceries. Grocery shopping may also be arranged as a separate service if needed, and our team can help coordinate additional supports to ensure your care needs are covered.
