Will I Need to Contribute?
Your contribution depends on the type of Support at Home service you receive, your financial circumstances and whether transitional arrangements apply to you.

Clinical Care services have a 0% participant contribution, meaning the government covers the full cost of approved Clinical Care services under Support at Home.

What are Clinical Care services under Support at Home?
Clinical Care includes healthcare and care coordination services designed to help maintain or regain your health, function and independence. Under Support at Home, this includes Nursing Care, Personal Care, Allied Health & Therapeutic Services, Nutrition, Care Management and Restorative Care Management.
Do I need to contribute towards Clinical Care services?
No participant contribution applies to approved Clinical Care services under Support at Home. The Australian Government funds 100% of the cost of services within the Clinical Care contribution category.
Can HCA Home Care coordinate different Clinical Care services for me?
Yes. HCA Home Care can coordinate a range of approved services around your assessed needs. Your dedicated Customer Care Manager will help organise your care and stay connected with you as your needs change.
Can I receive Clinical Care alongside other home care services?
Yes. Depending on your assessment and support plan, your Clinical Care services can work alongside Independence and Everyday Living services to provide more comprehensive support at home.
How do I get started with HCA Home Care?
