There are a few things you can do now to make getting started easier when your funding becomes available.
Check your My Aged Care assessment outcome letter to see which program you’ve been approved for. If you have CHSP, your letter will list the individual services you’re approved to receive. If you have Support at Home, your letter will confirm your approval and include your support plan and approved services. Not sure what your letter means?
